- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son had an appointment at the Spencer pediatrics office, when I got there, they wanted to reschedule since he wasn't one year old yet. They refused to reschedule at the office stating they would get in trouble if they did and told me to go online to reschedule. I couldn't get online for some reason so I called patient registration and they told me he was already registered and to call the office. I called the office and again was given the run around and when I asked to speak with the manager I was hung up on. This place is ridiculous. I think I'll stay with my current pediatrician even though I'm not too happy with him right now either, at least I can get an appointment for my son with him!July 06, 2017by Krystal Perez
